Reference Checks
We partner with leading, industry certified Tenant Referencing agencies who check a number of parameters (inc . Affordability) to ensure your tennats are a good fit.
Paperwork and Payments
Then, we’ll produce a Tenancy Agreement and collect your 1st month’s rent and security deposit (registered under a government-certified scheme).
Move-in (if required)
Finally, we can carry out an inventory check and hand over keys, leaving your tenants to say hello to their new neighbours.
Maintenance (if required)
We offer maintenance packages with our in-house teams, leaving you to enjoy your precious time.
